Thank you for visiting and shopping at Guiltfree. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy.
Local Delivery Policy
Delivery of all orders is carried out within 3-6 hours from the time of order confirmation.
If we experience a high order volume, the order may be delayed for a few hours. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
The shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can sometimes occur.
Customs, duties and taxes
There are no customs applicable to your order. However, all fees charged include value added tax.
Tell Guiltfreeis not responsible for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship outside of Saudi Arabia.
Return, refund and cancellation policy

Our policy only lasts one day. If it has been a day since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
To cancel orders, they must be canceled within a period not exceeding 10 minutes after confirming the order or before the time of processing the order.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your response will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain period of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your response is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver has it shipped themselves to give it to you later, we’ll send you your refund and they’ll figure out your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
